Jammu and Kashmir fire: A massive fire engulfed several houses in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district on Thursday morning.
The dreadful incident unfolded in the early hours of Thursday at around 4:30 in the morning due to the short circuit.
Fire broke out in Bhaderwah area of Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district and ravages eight buildings but there is no loss of life in the incident.
The fire also damaged several houses, residential areas, guest house, etc.
As soon as the fire engulfed, fire tenders were pressed into service and the blaze was brought under control.
As per the statement of the officials, “eight houses were damaged in the fire.
Officials further said that there were no immediate reports of any causalities or injuries in the fire.
Moreover, in the devastating turn of events, an earthquake of magnitude 3.9 on the Richter scale hit Jammu and Kashmir's Doda on Thursday at around 9:34 am.
