Himachal Pradesh: Six Kashmiri labourers killed as pickup truck falls into gorge in Shimla district

Shimla, December 4: At least six persons were killed and as many injured when a pickup truck fell into a gorge near Sunni in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh on Monday. The vehicle was transporting labourers from Kashmir, when it veered off the road and fell into the gorge.
The accident took place when the driver of the pickup truck lost control over the vehicle.
ASP, Headquarters, Shimla Police, Sunil Negi also confirmed the death of six Kashmiri labourers in the accident. The police, along with villagers, immediately shifted the injured to Sunni Hospital for immediate medical attention.
As per reports, while three labourers lost their lives on the spot, three others succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.
