Eknath Shinde rushed to hospital for health examination, no improvement in health
The Shiv Sena leader has been unwell following his visit to his native village in Satara last week. He was suffering from a high fever and sore throat.
PTC News Desk: Maharashtra caretaker chief minister Eknath Shinde was rushed to hospital in Thane on Tuesday after his health showed no signs of improvement, according to the officials. Shinde has been experiencing difficulties in throat owing to infection and fever since last weeks. Doctors have advised full health examination after no improvement.
He is also likely to be admitted for further examination.
The Shiv Sena leader has been unwell following his visit to his native village in Satara last week. He was suffering from a high fever and sore throat, according to his doctors. He had cancelled all the appointments after his doctor's advice to take complete rest.
He returned to Mumbai on Monday morning. Devendra Fadnavis had dialled him on Monday to inquire about his health.
