Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Maharshi Valmiki Airport in Ayodhya, as well as a number of other development projects, and urged Lord Ram devotees not to disturb him.

"Please, with folded hands, do not visit Ram Temple on January 22. Allow the event to take place first, and then come whenever you want after January 23. Everyone wants to attend the event, but due to logistics and security concerns, it is not possible to accommodate everyone. You've been waiting for over 550 years. Wait a little longer," PM Modi said.

"Instead, on January 22, light a diya at home. That day should be Diwali all over India," Prime Minister Modi suggested. PM Modi stated that preparations for the grand event have been ongoing for years and that there should be no disruption.

"Don't gather here because the temple isn't going anywhere; it'll be here for centuries. You can come whenever you want in January, February, March, or the following year. But don't show up on January 22nd. The temple management should not face any difficulties as a result of the devotees," PM Modi said.

"Only a small number of people have been invited to the ceremony." And after that, it will be easier to visit," Prime Minister Modi said.

PM Modi urged Ayodhya residents to make the city the cleanest in the country, saying, "Ayodhya will now have to be prepared to host lakhs of visitors, and that will continue until eternity. The people of Ayodhya will be required to take an oath to make their city the cleanest in the country."
