Dhoni filed the case against Diwakar and Soumya, directors of the sports management company 'Aarka Sports,' in a Ranchi lower court.
According to Dhoni's lawyer Dayanand Singh, the two accused approached the cricketer in 2017 about establishing cricket academies in India and abroad in his name.
