Chicken Chaos: Highway truck crash triggers frenzied grab; check video

PTC Web Desk: A chaotic scene unfolded on Agra National Highway when a truck carrying chickens met with an unfortunate accident due to dense fog in the area. The incident, which was reported on Wednesday, quickly turned into an opportunistic frenzy as onlookers seized the chance to grab the surviving chickens.

Videos captured from the accident site depicted a flurry of people rushing towards the scattered cargo of chickens, hastily claiming them as the driver of the truck stood by, seemingly helpless amidst the commotion. However, in a surprising turn of events, the driver was reported as saying that he had encouraged the crowd to take the chickens.

Contrary to the initial impression from the viral footage, the driver clarified that most of the chickens had tragically died due to the impact of the accident. In an act of compassion, recognising the dire condition of the surviving birds, he made the decision to allow bystanders to take them away.
