'Jahan jaegi, satyanaash hi hoga': Brij Bhushan spits fire after Vinesh Phogat wins Julana

BJP leader and former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Tuesday spit fire after Vinesh Phogat secured victory from Julana seat in the Haryana Assembly elections.

PTC News Desk: BJP leader and former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Tuesday spit fire after Vinesh Phogat secured victory from Julana seat in the Haryana Assembly elections. 

Notably, Vinesh Phogat along with other key wrestlers led the protest against  Brij Bhushan, accusing him of sexually assaulting female wrestlers.

Vinesh Phogat won from Julana constituency after a tight contest with BJP's Yogesh Bairagi, securing 65,080 votes. BJP's Yogesh Bairagi secured 59,065.

After Vinesh's victory, the former WFI chief said "She won, but Congress lost. Wo jahan jahan jaegi, satyanaash hi hoga." 

He further added, "Many BJP candidates have won on Jaat majority seats... The so-called wrestlers in the wrestler's agitation are not heroes of Haryana. They are villains for all the junior wrestlers also." "If she (Vinesh Phogat) used my name to win, it means I am a great man who helped her win," he added.
