MS Dhoni's first look from 'Atharva: The Origin' out
Mumbai, February 2: Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni on Wednesday unveiled the first look of him as Atharva from his upcoming graphic novel titled 'Atharva: The Origin'. MS Dhoni shared the first look teaser of his upcoming mythological sci-fi web series on his Facebook handle. "Happy to announce my new Avatar.....Atharva....," he captioned the post. The former cricketer's character could be seen fighting against an army of demons. Touted to be a "new age graphic novel", 'Atharva: The Origin' is an adaptation of debutant author Ramesh Thamilmani's unpublished book of the same name. The upcoming series is backed by Dhoni Entertainment, the media company that was founded by Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni in 2019. MS Dhoni is being loved by his fans in the new avatar of Atharva. Several meme pages are appreciating the 2011 World Cup winner in this new look. MSD last played for India in the 2019 ICC World Cup where India was defeated by New Zealand in the semi-final clash. Later, the legendary cricketer announced his retirement from International cricket. The legend continues to carry his legacy as he guided Chennai Super Kings to victory in IPL 2021.
