Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar tests positive for coronavirus

Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, also known as Master Blaster, has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the cricketer informed on Saturday. "I have been testing myself and taking all the recommended precautions to ensure Covid is kept at bay. However, I've tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative," Sachin Tendulkar wrote while giving a statement on him testing positive for coronavirus. Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, also known as Master Blaster, has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the cricketer informed on Saturday.  It is pertinent to mention that he is regarded as one of the greatest cricketers of all time. Tendulkar has represented the nation from 1989-2013. Currently, he holds the records for most runs in ODI and Test formats of the game. He is the only cricketer to play 200 Tests. Master Blaster has scored 15,921 runs in the Test format of the game while in ODIs, he represented India in 463 matches, scoring 18,426 runs.
