Maharashtra Assembly elections 2019: PM Narendra Modi addresses rally in Satara

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed a campaign rally in Satara, ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly elections 2019. He said, "In the last 5 years, our government has brought our armed forces at par with the armed forces of other countries. Be it Army, Navy or Air Force, modern weapons are a part of our armed forces today." https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1184782424070164480 Adding, PM Modi said, "Congress-NCP leaders are unable to understand the mood of the people. They were punished in the Lok Sabha elections. This time the people will give them harsh punishment in the upcoming elections too, be it in Maharashtra or Haryana." While targeting the opposition, he said, "A Congress leader had said that had there been Hindus in Kashmir, BJP Government would have never taken this decision (abrogation of Article 370).
