Ludhiana: Punjab Congress’s General Secretary Gurjot Singh Mucchal held in fraud case Ludhiana Punjab Congress’s General Secretary Gurjot Singh Mucchal has been arrested by the Ludhiana police for allegedly duping a person of Rs 20 lakh in a  land fraud case. However , despite of taking money , Gurjot Singh Muchal did not pay any heed .An FIR was  registered against the accused in the case.
