'Legend turns 29': Sidhu Moosewala’s fans get emotional; pay tributes in unique way

Chandigarh, June 11: Slain Punjabi Rapper Sidhu Moosewala returned to trending big time on social media on Saturday, the day he would have turned a year older if he had not been killed approximately two weeks ago in a broad daylight very near to his hometown Mansa in Punjab. He also received love from international artists like Drake. His fans took to their social media handles and paid their heartfelt tributes. Fans took to their Twitter handles and flooded them with heartwarming messages for the singer. One of the fans wrote, "Your Voice Will Always Rule our Hearts.. She made a portrait by sticking the petals of marigold flowers with milk cream on the paper which took her about 3 hours to make it. In an emotional situation, fans also gathered around Sidhu Moosewala’s memorial for offering prayers and flowers. In his memory, Tushar Sharma, a B.Com student has made a photograph of Moosewala with waste paper and fevicol which was being appreciated by all.
