Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmir A Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist was killed in an encounter on Wednesday in Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir. The gunfight between security forces and terrorists broke out when the terrorists fired at the army patrolling party. The encounter took place in Chakoora area of Pulwama district. Irfan Ahmed Sheikh was associated with LeT. He was the district commander for Pulwama. He was wanted in various shooting crimes in the district. There were many cases registered against him. He was involved in executing terror attack including grenade attacks on the security forces.
