Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: The Indian Navy has started the application process for the 10 2 (BTech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission)-Jan 2025. This recruitment drive intends to fill 40 positions for the Executive & Technical Branch. Candidates who are interested and eligible should apply online at joinindiannavy.gov.in before July 20.

Indian Navy Recruitment 2024 | Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination (10 2 Pattern) or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (Class X or Class XII).

Candidates must have taken the JEE (Main)-2024 test (for BE/BTech). The Service Selection Board (SSB) call-up would be based only on the JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) - 2024, which was published by the NTA.

Training: Selected students will be enrolled as Cadets to the four-year BTech course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, depending on Naval needs.

After finishing the training, the cadets would receive a BTech degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

The cadets will then be assigned to the Executive and Technical Branch (Engineering & Electrical) in accordance with the existing policy.

The Indian Navy is responsible for all training costs, including books and reading materials. They will also be provided with entitled clothing and messing.
