Nitin Desai passes away: In a shocker to Bollywood industry and art direction, renowned and reputed art director Nitin Desai was found dead in his premises-ND Studios in Karjat in Maharashtra on August 2, Wednesday.
His sudden death caused sadness all over the entertainment industry. A well-known and 4-time National Award winner was found hanging with a rope in the early hours of Wednesday at the N D Studios.

As per the sources, Nitin Desai ended his life in the early hours of Wednesday at 4:30 am on August 2.
Although the reason for his death is unknown, as per the sources and speculations, he ended his life due to financial crises and debts.
The sudden demise of Nitin Desia was heart-wrenching for his fans as he ended his life just a few days before his birthday on August 9.
Nitin Desai was well-known for his exceptional work in creating elaborate and visually stunning sets for various Bollywood films.
Most of Desai's successful work as an art director has been in period films, as can be seen by the fact that all 4 of his National Film Award for Best Art Direction awards have been for period films.
With his talent and creativity, Desai contributed significantly to the visual appeal and success of numerous movies such as ‘Lagaan, ‘Devdas, ’Jodhaa Akbar’, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo,’ etc.
