On the auspicious occasion of Saptami, a mini reunion of “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham” took place at the pandal, with Kajol and Jaya Bachchan exchanging warm greetings. Kajol looked radiant in a pink floral saree, while Jaya Bachchan chose a bright yellow drape. The two stars embraced each other warmly, with Jaya planting a sweet kiss on Kajol's cheek, reminiscent of their on-screen camaraderie.
The North Bombay Sarbojanin Puja Samiti attracts a host of celebrities each year, with regular attendees including Sumona Chakravarti, Ishita Dutta, Vatsal Seth, and Sharvari, among others. Reflecting on the past year, Tanishaa previously made headlines with her candid comments on the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11. She stated that she does not consider herself a "star" like her sister Kajol and brother-in-law Ajay Devgn. When asked about Kajol’s reaction to her statement, Tanishaa expressed, "We share a very strong relationship, and Kajol understands the intention behind everything I say. I am sure she is proud of me for being honest and real. That's what we've been taught by our mother—to always be ourselves."
