Arijit Singh reacts after security grabs female fan by neck at UK concert, says 'wish I could protect you'

PTC News Desk: A new video from one of Arijit Singh's latest concerts on his UK tour has gone viral. In the video, the singer intervenes on behalf of a fan who was caught by security while attempting to approach the stage. 

In the video, a woman approaches the stage during Arijit's performance. When security attempts to stop her, she explains that the singer has called for her.

Despite this, the guards restrain her by grabbing her neck. Arijit notices the incident and talks to the audience, stating, "It's not fair to grab somebody like that," while pointing to the woman's neck. He then asks the audience to "please sit down" and apologises to the woman, saying, "I am really sorry, ma'am. I wish I was there to protect you, but I could not. Please sit down."

The crowd cheered as he resumed his performance. His actions have earned him appreciation on social media, with many describing him as a "decent human being."

Another video from Arijit's UK tour shows a fan placing food on the stage while he sings the title song of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. When he saw the meal, he picked it up and handed it to his security crew. He apologised to the fan, saying, "I'm sorry; this is my temple. You cannot put food here."
