AP Dhillon announces highly anticipated three-city India tour: 'Incredibly excited to return home'

AP Dhillon's three-city tour is scheduled to kick off in Mumbai on December 7. He will also perform in Delhi and Chandigarh.

PTC News Desk: Singer-rapper AP Dhillon is set to return to India this December for an exciting three-city tour as part of his widely popular "The Brownprint" series. The tour promises to be a vibrant musical journey, with Dhillon expressing his enthusiasm about performing again in the country. "I'm incredibly excited to be returning to India for my tour.

The love and support I've received from Indian fans has been overwhelming. I can't wait to reconnect with them and share the energy of 'The Brownprint' live," Dhillon shared in a statement.

Second tour in India after 2021 success

The announcement, made on Friday via social media, comes two years after AP Dhillon’s first India tour in 2021, which was a massive success. Fans can expect to see him perform some of his biggest hits, including chart-toppers like Brown Munde, Excuses, Insane, and With You, as well as new music from his latest EP, featuring tracks such as Bora Bora and Old Money.

Tour schedule and performances

AP Dhillon’s three-city tour will kick off in Mumbai on December 7, followed by a performance in New Delhi on December 14. The final show will take place in Chandigarh on December 21. Each performance is expected to bring Dhillon's unique energy and style to the stage, with the singer-songwriter, rapper, and record producer being joined by his long-time collaborator, Shinda Kahlon.

Promoters promise a 'spectacular music experience'

Aman Kumar, Co-Founder of White Fox India, the company organizing the tour, teased that music lovers are in for a treat. “Attendees can look forward to a seamless and extraordinary music spectacle that will celebrate AP Dhillon’s musical journey,” he said. The tickets for the tour will be available for purchase starting September 29.

India’s music scene heats up with global stars

AP Dhillon’s tour is part of a larger wave of international artists flocking to India for major performances. Grammy Award-winning singer Dua Lipa is set to perform in India this November, headlining the second edition of the Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC) 2024. Rock legend Bryan Adams will also bring his world tour, So Happy It Hurts, to India in December, starting in Shillong on December 10 and concluding in Hyderabad on December 16.

Other major artists, including Karan Aujla, who is launching his It Was All A Dream World Tour, and Diljit Dosanjh, set to embark on his Dil-Luminati tour across 10 cities in India, are also preparing to dazzle Indian audiences. Coldplay, another global sensation, is expected to perform in India early next year.

With such a diverse lineup of artists, the upcoming months are shaping up to be a thrilling time for music enthusiasts across the country.
