On Earth Day, PM Modi gives a shout out to all those working at the forefront to defeat COVID-19

It's International Earth Day and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked the people to pledge to work towards a cleaner, healthier and more prosperous planet. Earth Day is an annual event celebrated across the globe on April 22 to demonstrate support for the protection of the environment. It was first celebrated in 1970, which now includes events coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network in more than 193 countries. "On International Day of Mother Earth, we all express gratitude to our planet for the abundance of care and compassion. Let us pledge to work towards a cleaner, healthier and more prosperous planet.
