Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia recovers from COVID-19

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday got discharged from a hospital after recovering from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Manish Sisodia was admitted at Delhi’s Max Hospital. He was advised to take rest for a week before returning to work. Doctors have advised him to take rest for a week,” said Office of Deputy CM. The 48-year-old Deputy Chief Minister of the national capital had tested positive for the novel coronavirus on September 14. He was initially in home isolation. “Had got my COVID-19 test done after I had a mild fever. The report has come positive. I have gone into self-isolation. As of now, I have no fever or any other issue. I am fine. By your blessings, I will recover fully and return to work soon," Sisodia had said in a tweet in Hindi. Manish Sisodia ordered Legal Action against DU | Eduvoice Later, Manish Sisodia was shifted to the privately-run Max Hospital in Saket after being diagnosed with dengue. The 48-year-old was admitted to the ICU of the private hospital and was administered plasma therapy. On Monday, the Deputy Chief Minister had said that he was “feeling much better”. "If everything goes well, I will be free from the hospital in a day or two," he had added.
