Dehradun's Jolly Grant airport to be renamed  after former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee   The Uttarakhand Cabinet approved the renaming of Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport after late BJP stalwart and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Sunday. The proposal to rename the Jolly Grant airport after Vajpayee was approved by the state cabinet at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. A resolution to this effect will be passed during the Winter Session of the state assembly after which it would be sent to the Union Ministry of Civil Aviation for approval. - PTC News
