Chandigarh reports fresh COVID-19 cases from Bapu Dham, Sector 30 & Dhanas; UT count 115

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Chandigarh has increased to 115 after new cases were reported from the Bapu Dham colony in Sector 26, Sector 30 and Dhanas on Tuesday morning. According to the information, the Bapu Dham colony has reported 10 new cases of coronavirus while Sector 30 reported one and Dhanas reported two cases of coronavirus. ptcnews.tv/indian-railways-shramik-special-trains-standard-fare-coronaviurs-lockdown-en/ Bapu Dham colony in Sector 26 continued to be the hotspot with seven of the new cases being reported from there. Now, the total count of the city stands at 111 with the Bapu Dham colony accounting for half of those. The first case in the city was reported 47 days ago on March 18. Meanwhile, five new cases of coronavirus were reported from Bapu Dham Colony on Saturday. They were a 17-year-old boy, a 43-year-old man, a 15-year-old boy, a 23-year-old man and a 13-year-old girl. As per the officials, 21 COVID-19 patients have been discharged so far while one has died.
