Chandigarh COVID-19 Update: Active cases spike to 697 cases

The total number of coronavirus cases in Chandigarh have increased to 13,920 after  72 new cases of COVID-19 were reported. Also Read | Passenger creates panic on Delhi-Goa flight, yells ‘there are terrorists’ Amongst the new cases, 41 are male cases and 31 are female cases.

  • A 76 year old female R/o sector 41, a case Carcinoma with Metastasis, who tested COVID positive, has expired at PGIMER on 23-10-2020.
  • A 52 year old female R/o Dhanas, a case of SARI, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, who tested COVID positive, has expired at GMCH 32 on 22-10-2020.Coronavirus daily updates: Two more cases in Chandigarh, tally reaches 429 | Business Standard News
