Chandigarh, July 8: Days after Sidhu Moosewala’s song ‘SYL’ was banned in India and was removed from YouTube, Punjabi Sufi singer Kanwar Grewal's song 'Rihai' has been banned in India following a legal complaint filed by the government.
On opening Kanwar Grewal's song 'Rihai', which is now banned in India, a notification reads: "The content is not available on this country domain due to a legal complaint from the government."

Popular singer Kanwar Grewal’s song ‘Rihai’ in the Punjabi music industry has been banned by the Government of India on YouTube.
As per the sources, it is being told that this song was in support of the release of Sikh prisoners, due to which the decision to ban was taken.
Earlier, Sidhu Moosewala song ‘SYL’ was banned in India following a complaint filed by the government. However, it is not confirmed whether the complaint was filed by the Punjab Government, Haryana Government, or the Central Government.
