After no breakthrough in meeting, farmers decide to intensify protest
Farmers Tractor March on KMP Expressway, Desh Jagran Abhiyan: After the seventh round of meetings between farmers and the Centre remained inconclusive, the farmers' organisations have decided to intensify their agitation against farm laws 2020. Yogendra Yadav, Swaraj India, said that "We have decided that on January 7, we will take out tractor march at four borders of Delhi including Eastern and Western peripheral. This will be a trailer for what lies ahead on January 26 which will be celebrated as the Republic Day 2020." Likewise, the farmers from Ghazipur and Rewasan will start the march towards Palwal. The tractor march on January 7 will be a trailer of the historic Republic Day that the nation will see on January 26, the farmer leader said.
