Actor Ram Charan hosts langar seva at Golden Temple post 'RRR' success
New Delhi, April 19: After the success of his recent film 'RRR' actor Ram Charan hosted a langar seva at Amritsar's Golden Temple, winning hearts for this gesture.
Ram Charan's wife Upasana took to Instagram and shared a video featuring her visit to the shrine. In the post, she also spoke about the langar seva organised by Ram Charan and shared that she represented him as he was shooting for 'RC15'.
"As a mark of gratitude Mr C hosted a langar seva at the golden temple in Amritsar. I had the privilege and opportunity to represent him by participating in the seva as he was shooting for #RC 15. This truly fed my soul. Rc and I feel blessed with your love and accept it with humility @alwaysramcharan," she said.
Upasana was also gifted a portrait of the Golden Temple by the Gurudwara Committee.
Fans praised Ram Charan for his selfless act after knowing about the langar seva.

"God bless him. He is truly a star," a social media user said, while another commented, "Through all the little little things you both inspire us to become better version of ourselves."
Ram Charan had visited the shrine with the cast of 'RRR', earlier this year.
Meanwhile, actor Kiara Advani also shared pictures of herself paying obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib earlier on the day.
Taking to her Instagram handle on Tuesday, the Bollywood actor shared two pictures of herself standing with her hands folded in front of the shrine.
Kiara donned a white kurta with a bright yellow dupatta. Sharing the picture on social media, she wrote, "Gratitude."
Notably, Kiara and Ram Charan are in Amritsar to shoot for their upcoming political drama 'RC 15'.
Dil Raju and Shirish Garu are producing the film under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations for a pan-India release. The film will release in three languages - Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
