Punjabi’s answer to Starbucks- "Sardarbuksh Coffee"
For all that we know, India is a country of creative people, numerous divided by language, religion and taste. But every time it’s an Indo Pak match, or Miss Universe, we see this huge lot of homies people come together like never before.
All that separates them unites them too- be it Diwali or Gurpurab.
After its ongoing war with foreign brands, a lot of people back home have boycott foreign items and resorted to home-made, that is ‘Made in India’, our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, being an active part of the same.
Here is another story of how Indians have aced it once again. After Burger King’s Punjabi version Burger Singh, we are left entirely surprised when we saw Starbucks' Punjabi version Sardarbuksh! Sounds pretty crazy, doesn’t it? But that’s how it is!
Sardarbuksh is a little kiosk set up that’s got a bunch of milkshakes and coffee flavours, but very different from the classy high-end Starbucks. It’s been taking the internet by a storm, and we can’t wait to go try this place out!
You can find them in at Vardhman Plaza, J Block, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi 6 PM onwards. They also deliver at home, and are pretty much visible on Zomato. What’s best is- they visit our favorite Chandiland often!
